AIC launches Training in Team Management & People Development program for Automotive Industry
Divided into nine independent en modules, the program provides knowledge, skills and tools for improving the way organizations function | 08/10/2012Amorebieta-Etxano, 8.10.2012--- As part of its ongoing bid to increase professionalism in the automotive industry, AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center has launched its Program for Team Management & People Development. Divided into 9 modules, the program uses an eminently practical, participative methodology (www.aicenter.eu).
What the program does is to provide professionals in the automotive industry who have to work in teams or with other people with cutting-edge knowledge, skills and tools to enable them to optimize work relations and the results of the organizations they work for. Addressing challenges in the industry produced by growing internationalization and globalization, the program is especially designed for anyone with responsibility for directing or leading groups.
Like the earlier Project Leader Advanced Program, the new program is part of an AIC Training Unit series that focuses on developing and training people working in the automotive industry.
