On 12 November last AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center held the highly successful fourth edition of AIC NEXT-Creativity, Innovation and Values.

NEXT took the broadest possible perspective (covering innovation, technological development and entrepreneurship) with an eye on the mid- to long term.

In this edition, under the rallying cry of A different way of looking at the automotive world, experts talked about current key issues like servitization, additive fabrication, training new professionals, smart transport, portable recharges, transport safety and vehicle connection.

AIC founders and backers include Bizkaia Provincial Council, the Amorebieta-Etxano and Ermua city halls, a group of cutting-edge companies from the automotive sector and Basque automotive cluster ACICAE. AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center is an open innovation center that hosts know-how, training, technology and industrial development initiatives under a single umbrella that are designed to improve competitive levels in the automotive industry. More than 700 people from 30 organizations work at AIC facilities.
