AIC organizes course on developing & deploying continous improvement systems based on Lean principles

Bilbao, 17.1.2011--- On 24 and 25 January, AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center will be running a course called Lean Improvement Systems. Developing and deploying continuous improvement systems based on Lean principles.

The course is designed to help professionals understand Lean basics, such as managing cultural change and learning to define and implement a Continuous improvement System based on Lean principles effectively and sustainably.

Basically, course target groups include general and operational managers, managers and technicians from logistics, quality, engineering, production, continuous improvement, maintenance and planning departments. It could also be of great interest to industrial and service companies alike, whatever their size or sector.

This course is an initiative of the AIC Training Unit. In general, AIC TU works to improve training levels of automotive professionals in all categories, facilitate new qualifications for the future of the industry, act as an external and internal training center for businesses in the sector and attract talented people to the industry.
