Although most of were French, some students came from more exotic countries like the Lebanon, Morocco, Turkey, Brazil, Russia, Greece, Japan, Korea, Canada, Rumania and Ecuador.
The visit was organized as part of the AICs drive to publicize the capabilities of the Basque automotive industry to professionals, bodies and organizations with direct or indirect links to the industry elsewhere.
The AIC Foundation is backed by Biscay Provincial Council and Amorebieta-Etxano and Ermua city halls, a group of leading-edge companies from the automotive industry and Basque automotive cluster ACICAE. Knowledge, training and technology and industrial development activities designed to improve competitiveness in the industry are all run under the AIC umbrella.
